In just two months, the Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Expo (MAAE) and Conference will be held in Richmond. Have you registered yet?! If not, the time is now! The first day will feature the presentation of The Golden Lute – the best asphalt paving project in Virginia, and the project spotlight presentation – Vint Hill Interchange: Cutting the Hills. The blast video from this project has been viewed all over the world. Day 2 contains something for everyone – training on field and plant operations by industry experts, the latest on balanced mix design, and the use of e-technology in construction. Also, on site will be FHWA’s mobile asphalt laboratory.
