After 42 years in the family business, Joe Penick has retired from Lee Hy Paving effective February 1. Joe started as a laborer and rose to the position of President. He served as 2003/2004 President of Virginia Asphalt Association. VAA wishes Joe a happy and enjoyable retirement.
