VDOT has recently approved the addition of a Cold Recycling Plant and Field class and a Full Depth Reclamation class to be added to the list of Asphalt certification courses offered through VECAT. All three classes are in development now and will be ready for registration at the beginning of the 2020 class year, both in classroom format and online. More information will be available closer to the end of the year regarding pre-requisites and other requirements for these classes, but any questions before that point can be direct to Carter Iseman at VAA at ciseman@vaasphalt.com.
